This week saw an asset-freezing order on a former anti-corruption Tsar upheld, and litigation-funder Harbour II prevail in an asset-allocation appeal. One of the Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2023 continued its slow march through court, with the “tuna bonds” case receiving a disclosure related hearing at the High Court.
