Freshfields Advises Jungheinrich on Its Acquisition of Indiana-Based Storage Solutions Group

Freshfields is advising Jungheinrich AG, the German publicly listed intralogistics pioneer, on its acquisition of Indiana-based Storage Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of racking and warehouse automation solutions in the US. The acquisition will be for upfront cash consideration of approximately $375 million and includes an opportunity for the Storage Solutions management shareholders to earn additional performance-based payouts over three years following closing.
