Ashurst boosts US transit and infrastructure offering with partner relocation

    Jonathan's practice is focused on transit and infrastructure projects, particularly rail projects, advising both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience advising on the structuring and running of major procurement exercises and developing bespoke project documentation, including arrangements relating to construction, operations, maintenance, P3 projects, development, financing, capacity enhancements, network extensions and rolling stock procurements.

    Jonathan is admitted to practice in England & Wales; his application for admission to the California State Bar is pending.

    Ashurst is ranked Band 1 for Projects: PPP in Chambers USA 2021 and has a dedicated team located in Los Angeles and New York advising on major transport and social infrastructure projects delivered under alternative delivery and innovative financing models in the United States. Ashurst advised on the award-winning Fargo Moorhead project, which was recently named "Americas P3 Deal of the Year" at the PFI Awards 2021.
