Linklaters advises Alpha Group International plc on its step-up from AIM to LSE Main Market

Linklaters has advised Alpha Group International plc on its step-up from an AIM listing to a listing on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

Alpha Group is a provider of financial strategies and technologies, dedicated to solving the financial challenges of corporates and institutions operating internationally. Blending deep expertise with technology, Alpha Group offers a highly specialised and client-centric alternative to certain traditional banking services.
