Freshfields Partner Recognized as 2024 Dealmaker of the Year
Jenny Hochenberg, a New York-based M&A partner, has been recognized as a 2024 American Lawyer Dealmaker of the Year. The prestigious annual award honors lawyers who guided the most complex, groundbreaking, and impactful deals of the past year.
Jenny was recognized for her work in drugmaker Roche’s $7.2 billion acquisition of Telavant, which was at the forefront of the explosion of dealmaking in the pharma industry in 2023.
