- Chicago-based legal tech firm Litera Microsystems acquired Indianapolis-based startup Doxly, a provider of transaction management software that was created by former ICE Miller corporate and securities partner Haley Altman a little over three years ago. No terms were disclosed. Doxly’s clients are mostly law firms, such as Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where Altman was an associate earlier in her career.
