Wake Up Call: Former Big Law Partner Sells Legal Tech Startup Doxly

  • Chicago-based legal tech firm Litera Microsystems acquired Indianapolis-based startup Doxly, a provider of transaction management software that was created by former ICE Miller corporate and securities partner Haley Altman a little over three years ago. No terms were disclosed. Doxly’s clients are mostly law firms, such as Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where Altman was an associate earlier in her career. That firm said this week that it’s using Doxly, which eases the signing and closing processes, for its emerging companies group. (AbovetheLaw.com) (Artificial Lawyer)
