International law firm Pinsent Masons, was awarded the Corporate Law Firm of the Year title at this year’s Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards.
The annual Insider Dealmaker Awards recognise the corporate finance firms, banks, funders, private equity houses and individuals who have excelled in dealmaking over the past year. Pinsent Masons' Corporate Team in Belfast was selected as winner of Corporate Law Firm of the year by a panel of industry experts. They were impressed by not only the volume of and headline deals that the team has worked on but also their innovative use of technology and AI in delivering legal services.
The team has completed more than 20 deals in the last 12 months, with a combined value in excess of £1bn and spanning a range of sectors.
