Castrol invests in Romax Technology

Romax Technology, the Nottingham predictive maintenance firm has entered into a multi-jurisdictional joint venture with Castrol.

The deal will see the lubricants giant take a controlling interest in Romax Technology’s Insight business.

Eversheds Sutherland advised on the deal.
