Hogan Lovells has hired Bronwen May from O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its finance practice and international debt capital markets (IDCM) team in Hong Kong.
May advises financial institutions on fixed income, equity, derivatives, credit and commodities-related matters, as well as structured products. She also advises on the regulatory aspects of these transactions.
May joins Hogan Lovells from O’Melveny & Myers in Hong Kong, where she was the Asia head of derivatives.
May is the second IDCM specialist to join Hogan Lovells in Asia this year, after partner Andy Ferris moved to the firm’s Singapore office from Allen & Overy in March.
