Insurance defense firm White and Williams is on track to continue losing lawyers at the same rate as 2021, when it saw over 40 attorneys depart compared to the 30 who joined, resulting in the firm’s head count dropping below 200 by the end of the year.
The first six months of 2022 have resulted in continued net lawyer losses for the Philadelphia-based firm. A total of 20 have departed in the first half of this year, while just 12 have joined. The firm now counts 186 attorneys on its website.
