Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin appointed a contractor to serve on the commission that oversees funding of the state’s workers’ compensation program.
William Douglas Hacker, a general contractor in Lexington, was appointed as a member of the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Funding Commission.
Hacker will represent labor and serve for a term expiring Nov. 18, 2020.
