Employment screening is a critical part of the employee onboarding process to protect your employees and customers, improve the quality of hires, and protecting your company’s brand and reputation.   There are more employees working remote in today’s environment and employment background checks are even more important to safeguard your organization.

However, there are many compliance requirements that could be costly to your business if these regulations are not followed.  Although 95% of companies conduct background screening on their new hires, a recent PBSA Survey found that only 76% of organizations have a documented employment screening policy.
