Epona USA Launches dStyle Doc ID for SharePoint DMS Solutions

Epona USA is proud to announce that North American clients who require their documents to have a Document ID including Version Number along with other matter data, in the footer of a document, they can purchase a simple to use add-in to Microsoft Word that has been developed by Documentaal BV called dStyle DocId.

“Many lawyers require that not only the Document ID but also the version of the document be identified in the footer of a document. Microsoft gave back to Word users, the ability in Microsoft Word to add a Document ID from a SharePoint DMS into the footer of your document. What they didn’t do was make the Document Version also able to be added directly into the document. Some might think this is an easy thing, but alas if you know what a Ghost Copy is, you know that having a Document ID that inserts the correct version of the document is pretty cool.” Said Keith Vallely, Vice-President of Epona USA.
