The Dakota Access <-bsp-bb-link state="{"bbHref":"bbg://screens/BI%20OIL","_id":"00000174-9bb9-deb2-a3fd-fbb98e720000","_type":"0000016b-944a-dc2b-ab6b-d57ba1cc0000"}">oil-bsp-bb-link> pipeline is poised to stay in service at least through December under a new court schedule, assuming the Trump administration doesn’t force a shutdown.
Under the proposed briefing schedule filed Wednesday, a federal court in Washington won’t be prepared to rule until late December, at the earliest, on a renewed bid to halt the line.
