Sheppard Mullin launches team to protect clients' organisational integrity

New practice group promises a values-driven approach to solve reputational threats

Sheppard Mullin has launched a new practice group dedicated to defending clients against what it characterises as threats to their organisational integrity. The eight-lawyer organisational integrity group will form a sub-set of the global 100 firm’s  government contracts, investigations and international trade department.

Team leader Jonathan Aronie (pictured), former head of the firm’s Washington, DC office, said the team would draw on its collective experience helping clients with unprecedented and high-profile reputational crises.

Fellow team leader David Douglass, the current Washington, DC managing partner, added: “In today’s digital world, organisations are under a microscope like never before.”

Holistic

The team promises to offer clients a ‘values-driven’ and ‘holistic’ approach to complex reputational threat.

Among the available services are the setting up of compliance programmes, internal reviews, internal investigations and negotiating with enforcement officials.
