Womble Bond Dickinson has a long-standing working relationship with iManage for secure document and email management. Now, the firm has engaged with iManage to provide universal knowledge management search capabilities.
The firm’s new knowledge management application is built upon iManage RAVN. According to iManage, RAVN “utilizes machine learning to find, analyse, and identify organization information buried in disparate systems regardless of location, to better understand search queries and to provide relevant search results quickly.” These new capabilities will be in use by Womble Bond Dickinson professionals both in the US and UK.
