PALO ALTO, CALIF.—Experienced high-tech and medical device patent attorney Jon Wolfsberger has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Silicon Valley office.
Wolfsberger guides clients in preparing and prosecuting patents, both in the US and internationally, and he has significant experience in US Patent and Technology Office (USPTO) negotiations. His clients include companies in the computer hardware, software and medical device industries.
Before law school, he spent more than five years as an engineer.
“In less than a year, we have nearly tripled the size of our California-based IP and patent practice. Jon is skilled patent attorney who will be a real asset to our clients and our team,” said Mike Gencarella, Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s California offices.
In addition to his legal practice, Wolfsberger devotes time to pro bono and volunteer service. His pro bono work includes conservatorships and guardianships as well as immigration issues and record expungement matters.
