Dixie State’s New GC Department to Utilize Legal Files

Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading global provider of case and matter management software, announced that Dixie State University will deploy its Legal Files solution. This addition signifies the company’s continued success in the higher education market.

Legal Files will be implemented in Dixie State’s recently formed legal department, according to Doajo D. Hicks, the university’s first general counsel. “Without a solid foundation, you’ll have trouble creating anything of value,” he said. “Legal Files will help us do that, building efficiencies into our day-to-day operations, and advancing us toward our goal of achieving industry best practices.”

Serving as the department’s central matter and legal document management system software, Legal Files will be used to manage all manner of work including contracts, Title IX, student issues and litigation. Additionally, the Legal Files team will provide all professional services necessary for software deployment, including project management, implementation assistance, and onsite training.
