Goldman Sachs Group Inc. asked a judge to force an ex-managing director who sued the firm to arbitrate his claim for legal fees stemming from a U.S. probe over leaked Federal Reserve documents.
The request follows the lawsuit last month by Joseph Jiampietro, who claimed the bank should pay his fees of more than $350,000 because he was an officer.
Jiampietro, who worked in the investment banking division, was fired in 2014 for failing to tell his bosses that an associate who once worked at the Fed e-mailed secret central bank documents to him. Federal ...
