On May 18, Bobby Burchfield, of King & Spaulding , delivered George Washington Law School’s Commencement Address, entitled “A Thirty-Six Year Head Start.” Burchfield has been lead counsel in a number of antitrust cases, and also represented the Republican National Committee and other political parties in a First Amendment challenge to the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law, which he argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in McConnell v. Federal Election Commission.
