Bloomberg BNA has launched a new web-based software product that aims to simplify the flow of corporate transactions by allowing attorneys to search and determine “market standard” language in order to produce a range of corporate transactional documents.
Called Bloomberg Law: Corporate Transactions , the primary target audience is corporate transactional attorneys who work on equity or debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other major deals, according to Carl Sussman, commercial product director for Bloomberg Law.
Bloomberg BNA, the company launching the new product, is a subsidiary of Bloomberg LP and also owns Big Law Business.
