LitWorks and Espion Introduce eDisclosure and Litigation Support Training Programme in the UK
UK News

DTI logoDTI, the largest privately held legal process outsourcing company in the US providing managed services, litigation support and eDiscovery, and its wholly owned training company LitWorks™ announced today the launch of Certified Litigation Support Professional training courses in the UK with Espion, one of Europe's  leading Forensics & eDiscovery service providers.

The programme will be delivered with an eye towards cross-border litigation processes and protocols between the US and the UK.

LitWorks is the first and most comprehensive training company dedicated exclusively to developing and sharing best practices in the litigation support and eDiscovery industry. Today more than ever, staying current with changing regulations and new technology applications is critical for legal professionals. The evolution of eDiscovery (also referred to as eDisclosure in the UK) requires even seasoned litigation support managers to prioritise professional development.

Mark Wiley, Espion training manager, said: "As the UK enacts its new EU Data Protective Direction and eDiscovery rules introduced in 2013, we see more and more training requests from solicitors, paralegals and litigation support staff in the UK who are looking to elevate and accelerate their understanding of how to handle eDiscovery. LitWorks has a successful track-record in supporting US legal professionals who were required to adopt similar rules in 2006. LitWorks has also been at the forefront of developing practical industry standards and certifications and enabling the legal professionals to excel in their roles."

The course will be led by Kimberly Grippe-Meyer, subject matter expert and national training and development manager for LitWorks.
