COVID-19′s market disruption is causing more corporations and law firms to loosen their reluctance toward alternative legal service providers (ALSPs). But while there has been an uptick in ALSP outsourcing, it’s far from universal. 

Legal managed service providers are seeing a noticeable change in customers. Specifically, legal departments and law firms are finally seriously considering vendors for their legal matters.
