Norton Rose Fulbright has added Baker & Hostetler data protection, privacy and cybersecurity partner Will Daugherty in Houston to help meet rising demand related to COVID-19.

Daugherty, who started at Norton Rose Fulbright on June 8, had been a partner at Baker & Hostetler for five years. His move comes shortly after Baker & Hostetler hired the U.S. head of data protection and cybersecurity at Norton Rose, Jeewon Kim Serrato, to lead a new practice at the firm. Baker & Hostetler has been tweaking its practice mix and structure this year to better emphasize its data privacy work.
