ArabFinance: The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced 227 new cases that tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), while 13 infected people passed away, according to April 25th statement.

As for the recoveries, 39 new cases have been discharged from the quarantine hospital. They are all Egyptian nationals who received the required medical treatment in the light of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) protocol.

This brings up the total cases that tested positive for COVID-19 to 4,319 since the first case was announced in Egypt. In addition, the country has reported total 307 fatalities.

Meanwhile, the cases that recovered from the virus and left the quarantine hospital total 1,114 of 1,450 whose lab tests changed to negative from positive.
