OPERA singer Russell Watson will be joining the team at Bents Garden & Home for their official countdown to Christmas on Wednesday 13th October at 8.30 am.
Following last year’s break in tradition, brought about by lockdown, Bents want to make this year’s opening event even more special and have invited local resident and I’m a Celebrity star, Russell Watson to add a touch of magic to the proceedings.
The opening event will begin at 8.30am, outside the main entrance to the Centre, and following a traditional countdown and whimsical wave of a wand, customers will be guided through to this year’s enchanting displays
As usual, Christmas has been kept under wraps since work started on the transformation in late August, but once again Bents’ in-house team of designers, joiners and visual merchandisers have created an experience that will make Christmas 2021 truly magical.
Matthew Bent, Managing Director said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to Russell for agreeing to join us for our official opening. Once again our team has risen to the challenge and delivered what we believe is another fantastic display and one which we are very much looking forward to unveiling on the 13th October.”
Once open customers will be guided into the Centre where a host of enchanted creatures will add an extra touch of sparkle to the Christmas experience. Over 10 themed displays will be unveiled, each providing ideas and inspiration for both inside and outside the home.
