A massive $26 billion deal by Prologis to acquire Duke Realty buoyed a rather pedestrian past week in M&A, where there were five total deals over $1 billion. None of them were over $5 billion other than the Prologis deal.
The overall deal demand in Big Law continues to be down from last year, amid overall headwinds in the economy.
