Kirkland Advises Centerbridge Partners and APCOA Parking on €685M Senior Secured Notes Offering and €80M Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility

Kirkland & Ellis advised Centerbridge Partners and APCOA Parking, a leading European parking infrastructure operator and services provider, on the offering of APCOA’s €685 million Senior Secured Notes due 2027, comprising €320 million aggregate principal amount of 4⅝% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and €365 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2027. The offering of the notes was backed by certain-funds commitments provided by Barclays Bank and NatWest Markets. In connection with the offering of the notes, APCOA Parking also entered into a new €80 million Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility.
