As 2020 comes to a close, the Illinois Supreme Court gave thanks to some of the many individuals who made contributions to improve the justice system in Illinois.  Among them is Litigation partner Andrew May, who currently serves on the Expungement Forms Subcommittee. 

The subcommittee is creating plain language cannabis expungements forms in the wake of Illinois cannabis legalization, which will help self-represented litigants navigate the complex process of expunging existing cannabis records.  Congratulations to Andrew and the entire subcommittee on its excellent work increasing access to justice for underrepresented populations.
