Dentons advises KPS Capital Partners on USD490m acquisition of Brunswick Corporation’s fitness brands

Dentons has advised KPS Capital Partners (KPS), a global private equity firm focused on investing across a range of manufacturing industries, on its acquisition of Brunswick Corporation’s leading fitness brands, including Life Fitness, for USD490 million.

Brunswick Corporation’s fitness brands, including Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Indoor Cycling Group, SCIFIT and Brunswick Billiards, manufacture and sell various cardiovascular and strength equipment as well as billiard tables in over 160 countries.
