King & Spalding has hired longtime Clifford Chance banking partner Andrew Brereton in Singapore.
Brereton, who is expected to join the U.S. firm in January, specializes in acquisition finance, structured lending, syndicated loans and reserve based financing. Last year, he advised Bank of China Group Investment Ltd. as part of a consortium to take private Singapore-based warehouse operator Global Logistic Properties Ltd. for $11.6 billion.
