Judge won’t budge: No stay on clerk’s press-access order

A federal judge reaffirmed his position Tuesday that Cook County Circuit Clerk Dorothy A. Brown has to make electronically filed court documents immediately available to the public once they have been filed.U.S. District Judge Matthew F.
