New Cross-Tab Tool Promises Faster Project Turnaround

MR outsourcing company Cross-Tab Marketing Services has launched a process automation and project management tool called Promise, which it says can reduce project turnaround times by more than 40%.

Founded in 2000, Cross-Tab offers a full range of market research operations, marketing services and data analytics solutions including global data collection, MR process outsourcing, survey analytics, social media and big data, healthcare and technology solutions. The new tool is part of the company's ctOS (Cross-Tab Optimizer Suite) - alongside Livewire, which offers an advanced reporting engine integrating with various data collection tools; and Analyzer, which helps store, connect, analyze and visualize survey waves.

The new Promise workflow automation tool aims to give clients faster turnaround at each step, from scripting to data management. The tool integrates with various other industry solutions and survey platforms, and Cross-Tab claims that improved results include a reduction in internal error rates of 80%.
