Recommind elevates e-discovery

Recommind reports it has made significant enhancements to Axcelerate, its cloud-based e-discovery review and analysis platform. The company has also extended its cloud-based e-discovery platform with a self-service edition called Axcelerate SaaS, which is said to provide the control and flexibility of traditional on-premise software combined with the cost and stability benefits of cloud deployments.

Recommind emphasizes the following new features:

• Mission Control—provides case managers a central operations center to manage their review processes by offering intuitive controls to optimize review efforts, new tools to automate key aspects of review workflows and visualized, real-time intelligence;
• Automated Review Prioritization—uses machine learning to help connect the best reviewers with the most responsive content as early as possible, and by prioritizing the review of likely relevant documents, the system helps to surface important documents earlier to inform case strategy;
• Global Smart Redactions—delivers the ability to redact sensitive information from documents using point and click, search and entity recognition; and
• Axcelerate SaaS—a self-service SaaS alternative to traditional on-premise or managed service e-discovery solutions, permitting an end-to-end, cloud-based e-discovery platform to perform early case assessment, searching, culling, processing, analysis, review and production.
