Stephenson Harwood has strengthened its corporate practice in Asia with the hire of corporate lawyer Justin Ma in Hong Kong from Beijing-based Jingtian & Gongcheng, where he was a partner.
The hire comes just three days after the U.K. firm added mergers and acquisitions and international sanctions partner Jonathan Goacher in Singapore from Hill Dickinson.
