Ashurst’s Korea joint venture has hired Lawrence Jhe, the head of the corporate practice at Korea’s oldest law firm Kim, Chang & Lee.
Jhe joins in Seoul alongside corporate counsel Jeongtaek Kim, who was most recently an in-house counsel at a Korean conglomerate.
