Herbert Smith Freehills Adds Three Tax Partners (Correct)

Toby Eggleston, Nick Heggart, and Ryan Leslie have joined Hebert Smith Freehills as partners in Melbourne and Perth, the firm announced Monday.

The partners specialize across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, energy, resources, property and infrastructure, according to Hebert Smith Freehills. Eggleston, Heggart and Leslie were partners at Greenwoods, according to the firm.

Hebert Smith Freehills also announced the appointment of a special counsel, three senior associates, and a solicitor who cover tax law.
