Neil Whoriskey, who has co-led the M&A practice and the corporate advisory practice at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, is jumping to Milbank.
Whoriskey, 58, joins Milbank on Monday as a partner, after nearly 20 years in the partnership at Cleary, including most recently as the M&A practice leader, he said.
