Richard Menard, a former Sidley Austin associate in Washington, D.C., who was an international arbitration partner at South Korea’s largest firm, Kim & Chang, has died.
Menard died of a septic infection Aug. 14, Kim & Chang confirmed. He was 47.
Richard Menard moved to Seoul in 2010 to join Korea's largest law firm, Kim & Chang. Previously, he was an associate at Sidley in Washington, D.C.
