Ashurst boosts Paris capital markets practice with new hire

    International law firm Ashurst has appointed Audrey Dahan as counsel in its global markets practice in Paris.

    Audrey joins from BNP Paribas where she was the domestic markets coordinator for strategic projects and has extensive experience of working on capital market transactions including in particular structured products, but also more generally debt securities and structured finance transactions. Prior to her role as domestic markets coordinator, Audrey worked in the CIB Global Markets division of BNP Paribas for 15 years, notably as co-head of the structured products legal team and most recently as the specialised global coordinator for securities overseeing around 60 securities lawyers in Europe, US and APAC.
