Houston private wealth boutique Ostrom Morris has ceased operations, as its three remaining lawyers have moved to Holland & Knight‘s Houston office in an expansion of the Am Law 100 firm’s private wealth services practice.

Robert “Keith” Morris and Jason Ostrom joined Holland & Knight as partners, and Stacy Kelly joined as senior counsel. The lawyers, who started at their new firm on June 4, do fiduciary litigation; trust, estate and guardianship administration; and estate planning.
