Goodwin Welcomes Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint Cyr as Tax Counsel in Paris

Goodwin announced today that Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint Cyr has joined the firm’s Paris office as counsel in its Tax practice.

de Gouvion Saint Cyr specializes in corporate and private equity taxation, particularly in structuring strategic M&A, LBO, real estate and financial investment transactions for French and international clients.

de Gouvion Saint Cyr received his master’s in law and taxation from the University of Paris and is a graduate of HEC Paris. He is admitted to the Paris bar and is a lecturer in tax law in the post-graduate (Master 2) Economic Law program at the Sorbonne Law School.
