1. Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh delivered the opinion of the Court in Marietta Memorial Hospital Employee Health Benefit Plan v. DaVita Inc., No. 20-1641. 2. Justice Neil M. Gorsuch delivered the opinion of the Court in United States v. Taylor, No. 20-1459. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito, Jr. issued dissenting opinions. You can access the oral argument via this link.

3. Justice Stephen G. Breyer delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court in United States v. Washington, No. 21-404. You can access the oral argument via this link.

4. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. delivered the opinion of the Court in Carson v. Makin, No. 20-1088. Justice Breyer issued a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Kagan joined in full and Justice Sotomayor joined in part. And Justice Sotomayor issued a dissenting opinion.
