Lady Gaga is having a moment, and not just on the silver screen.

In the midst of the buzz surrounding her leading role in Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born,” Gaga has been house hunting in West Chelsea.

One spot she eyed last week is flashy designer Karim Rashid’s former townhouse at 357 W. 17th St., which is asking $29.5 million.

“She came to the showing all dressed up. If only all clients looked this good!” our spy quips. The 32-year-old pop star is no stranger to townhouse living.

As The Post reported in July, Gaga hid out for a few weeks at the 53 Downing St. townhouse in the West Village while recording a new album.

As for the latest townhouse to catch her eye, the five-story, five-bedroom property measures 11,000 square feet and comes with 2,000 square feet of outdoor space.

Rashid — known for his colorful, contemporary designs — sold it for $9.35 million in 2014, after which it underwent a major renovation.

The manse now boasts a garage, along with a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a gym, a pool and a home theater. The private quarters include a full-floor master suite with two bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The listing is repped by Alyssa Soto Brody and Sabina Belkin, of Compass.
