We hear that Nancy Moonves, the ex-wife of the disgraced former head of CBS, Les Moonves, just bought a $3.55 million Park Avenue co-op, according to city property records.
The co-op, at The Lancashire at 563 Park Ave., is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the ninth floor.
A week after Moonves stepped down, his current wife, Julie Chen, resigned from her job co-hosting the CBS show, “The Talk.” Les Moonves allegedly began dating Chen, who is 20 years his junior, while he was still married to Nancy — they were married for 24 years and have three adult children together.
Nancy Moonves’ new apartment — in a building that dates back to 1910 — includes a semi-private elevator landing, a corner library, a 36-foot-long living room with four floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings, a Juliette balcony and a wood-burning fireplace.
A storage space comes with the apartment.
