Courtney Love is ditching her dilapidated home located right outside of Olympia, Washington, for roughly $320,000, according to Variety.

The punk rocker purchased the semi-rural house, which is now abandoned, for $447,000 in 1995, just a year after her husband Kurt Cobain died by suicide.

Even if the estate, which spans nearly seven acres, is purchased at the full asking price, she would lose $125,000 on the sale.

The neglected two-story home, which is in need of “everything,” according to its listing (via Variety), has three bedrooms and two bathrooms within its 2,300 square feet.

The property also features a detached two-car garage, a tiny guest cottage that endured major damage from a fire and, interestingly, a graffiti-covered eight-stall horse stable.

Meanwhile, Love and Cobain’s 25-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, recently listed her Spanish-style residence in Hollywood for $2.695 million.
