A homebuyer is in the midst of purchasing a property that has a number of open violations and is wondering how concerned they should be if the issues aren’t cleared up before purchase. The current owner isn’t interested in resolving the violations before closing or putting money in escrow. What should they consider before moving ahead with the purchase?
