Celeb shutterbug Annie Leibovitz crowns Corcoran’s Pam Liebman

There’s a new award-winner in town.

If you’ve ever walked into President Donald Trump’s office in Trump Tower, chances are he proudly showed you the Jewish National Fund (JNF) Tree of Life award he won in 1983.

This year, the JNF honored Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of the Corcoran Group, with the coveted accolade last week.

The framed plaque was presented by celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz.

The two high-powered women were destined to meet.

Liebman told the crowd at Cipriani 42nd Street that she dreamed of having Leibovitz, known for her elaborate Vanity Fair covers, shoot an ad campaign for the high-end brokerage firm, but she didn’t know how she’d get Leibovitz to say yes.

That’s when fate intervened. The phone rang.

It was Leibovitz herself, who wanted the brokerage to sell her three West Village townhouses. Corcoran sold them for $28.5 million in late 2013.

Leibovitz shot a dozen portraits of celebrities, from Jimmy Buffett to Misty Copeland, for a 2014 Corcoran campaign.

The four-bedroom, full-floor unit, asking $9.96 million, is 3,250 square feet and comes with two terraces totaling 1,150 square feet.
