Yet another celeb drops millions to live in new Tribeca condo

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal, of “Brokeback Mountain” and “Nightcrawler” fame, just bought a pricey pad at 443 Greenwich, which is becoming the “it” building for celebs.

Meg Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence and Harry Styles have all bought there; married buyers include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Gyllenhaal bought a 2,868-square-foot three-bedroom at the white-hot Tribeca building for $8.63 million, according to city property records posted today.

The apartment was originally asking $8.55 million. Gyllenhaal’s purchase was first reported by the Real Deal.

The buy marks the end of years of Manhattan house-hunting for Gyllenhaal, a devoted real estate aficionado who once even waited outside in the rain in a long line to tour a landmarked townhouse during an open house, much to the surprise and delight of fellow New Yorkers.

The building is a former book bindery redone by CetraRuddy and comes with amenities including an indoor pool, a landscaped roof terrace, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a gym, a Turkish bath and indoor parking spots for sale with electric charging stations.

There are still seven units for sale and six others in contract, StreetEasy shows. The available apartments include a $55 million penthouse that was asking $51 million in 2014.

If that’s too much, Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence still has her apartment on the market for $27,500 a month — down from its original $30,000 asking price.
