Kirkland Announces Pro Bono Partnership with 51 Vets Incorporated

Kirkland is proud to have advised 51 Vets Incorporated on a pro bono basis in obtaining its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, and the Firm will continue to serve the nonprofit organization in an advisory capacity. 51 Vets is a veteran- and entrepreneur-led organization that helps U.S. veterans obtain gainful and long-term employment, professional experience and networking opportunities in the private equity space.

Spearheaded by Jordan Selleck, Christopher Robinson, William O’Neil and Alex Daie, 51 Vets connects veterans with its network of contacts, advisors, friends and colleagues who are in leading roles within private equity firms, many of whom are veterans themselves. Aimed at giving back directly to those who have sacrificed for our country, 51 Vets makes daily and lasting impacts on the lives of its members. For more information, visit 51Vets.org.

The Kirkland team is led by corporate partner Alex Lloyd and associate Ricky Aiello with support from investment funds partner Jonathan Lipnick.
